Standard Testing and Engineering Company has offered Materials Engineering consulting and analysis since 1951. From this base of experience, the Standard Testing has built a capability to provide a broad range of services covering the disciplines of Structural and Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Geology.

Since the founding of the company, Standard Testing has provided valuable Construction Materials Engineering services in all phases of the development of thousands of Construction Projects. Prior to construction, Standard Testing assists in site evaluation, selection of construction materials, mix designs, and planning of a quality assurance program. During construction, Standard Testing provides Inspection and Testing in fabrication plants and in the field, and supervision of the quality assurance programs on construction sites.

CMT QUALIFICATIONS

Standard Testing and Engineering Company has been accredited by the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials Accreditation Program (AAP). The AAP accreditation has been received for the disciplines of soils, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.

The StanTech Group's laboratories are regularly inspected by the Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL) of the National Bureau of Standards and both the Military and Civil Works Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Participation in the reference sample program of AASHTO for soil, concrete, and aggregate is an integral portion of the StanTech Group's Quality Assurance Program.
